The range of calibrators and controls proposed allows standardizing the assays and validating the series.

They are established in accordance with International Standards from the National Institute for Biological Standards and Controls (NIBSC, Potters Bar, UK), when available.Calibrators and controls offer prolonged stability following reconstitution.

HYPHEN BioMed proposes various controls for peculiar hemostasis or Fibrinolysis proteins, or blood markers, which can be used with any enzyme Immuno-assay. Reactivity of the Immuno-assay used, and its calibration method, must be considered for adjusting the control value indicated, if required.

Calibrators and controls (two levels) are included in all the ELISA kits in the ZYMUTEST line. Separate control kits (two levels) are also included, which can be used in any Immuno-assay for the indicated parameter.

These ready to use calibrators are obtained already diluted 1:100.

The ZYMUTEST Calibrators have a difined Anti-Annexin V concentration, expressed in arbitrary units (AU) and indicated on the flyer provided with the calibrators.
